Pre-Order Regulation

At DESIGNATION, our pre-order pieces are created with intention, care, and a commitment to craftsmanship. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms, which ensure clarity around production timelines, order management, and delivery expectations.


1. Seller Identification

DESIGNATION is the official seller of all pre-order products. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you are entering into an agreement with DESIGNATION.


2. Pre-Order Nature of Products

Pre-order items are not immediately available for dispatch. These pieces are either:

  • Made to order, or
  • Reserved from upcoming production batches

This system allows us to maintain high-quality standards and produce in limited, controlled quantities.


3. Shipping Timeframe

Pre-order items are estimated to ship within 15–30 working days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Please note:

  • Production times are estimates and may vary slightly due to craftsmanship, demand, or logistics.
  • We always aim to ship as soon as your piece is ready.

4. Pre-Order Confirmation & Fulfilment

Once your pre-order is placed, your item is secured and reserved in production. You will receive a confirmation email, and your order will be shipped automatically once completed.


5. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel a pre-order within  12 hours of purchase.

After this period:

  • Orders enter production or reservation status
  • Cancellations are no longer possible

6. Modifications

Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to:

  • Change sizes
  • Change product variants
  • Modify shipping details in most cases

This ensures production accuracy and timely fulfilment.


7. Returns & Exchanges

Pre-order items follow our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Please note:

  • Made-to-order pieces (including leather goods and bags) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
  • Jewelry items are final sale due to hygiene reasons
  • Approved returns (where applicable) are refunded exclusively in the form of store credit

8. Delays & Production Variations

While we strive to meet estimated shipping windows, slight delays may occur due to:

  • High demand
  • Production complexity
  • Material sourcing
  • Courier or logistics delays outside our control

In such cases, customers will be informed accordingly.


9. Final Sale & Pre-Order Items

Certain pre-order items may be classified as final sale, particularly:

  • Made-to-order pieces
  • Limited edition production runs
  • Discounted or promotional pre-orders

Final sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.


10. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct shipping details at checkout
  • Monitoring delivery updates
  • Collecting parcels from designated pickup points when applicable

DESIGNATION is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect address details or courier handling.
